Send us a note
Send it here and it reaches us directly — the form writes straight to us, and we read every enquiry ourselves. Expect a reply within two business days. We have kept our address off the page to keep the harvesters out of it, so this is the way in; if anything goes wrong with the form it hands your message to your own email app rather than losing it.
What to send
The more concrete the better. A useful first message usually contains:
- The problem as your team states it internally, not translated into AI or quantum terms.
- What you do today, roughly how long it takes, and who does it.
- The volumes involved, and any deadline attached to them.
- What prompted the question — a vendor conversation, a board slide, a compliance date.
A paragraph is plenty. If neither field is relevant to it, we will usually be able to say so in the reply, at no cost to you.
What happens next
We aim to reply within two business days. If the problem is worth a conversation, the next step is an hour with your team and whoever owns the budget — free, and often the last conversation we need to have. Our services page sets out what follows if it goes further.
What we can help with
- Deciding which processes are worth automating or augmenting, and which are not.
- Choosing between an off-the-shelf product, an API, and something custom.
- Building a first AI system to production standards, with evaluation in from the start.
- Sanity-checking a vendor claim, a benchmark or a roadmap you have been shown.
- Assessing whether quantum computing bears on any workload you own.
- Planning a post-quantum cryptography migration.
Where we are
United States, working with clients globally. We work remotely by default and travel when a room is genuinely better than a call.
